Shipping Policy
At ARMNEXT DEFENSE INC, we work to get your order out the door quickly and keep you informed the whole way. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and track orders.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Anything placed over a weekend or holiday enters processing the following business day. As soon as your order leaves our facility, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details.
Where We Ship & How Long It Takes
We currently deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Standard Shipping:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Canada: 5–7 business days
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Current thresholds and promotions are shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment comes with a tracking number, sent to you by email once the package is on its way. Enter that number on the carrier's website at any time to see where your order is.
International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the United States or Canada, email us at support@armnext.com and we'll put together a shipping quote and delivery estimate for you.
Customs & Duties: Any import fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are separate from our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Military APO/FPO addresses are accepted. Some items may also be subject to delivery restrictions depending on local regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't reached you, get in touch within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and follow it through.
Arrived damaged: Contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever suits the situation.
Address Changes
We're unable to redirect a package once it has shipped, so please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake before your order goes out, email 1524313471m@gmail.com right away and we'll correct it if we can.
Delivery Delays
We ship with established carriers, but weather, carrier backlogs, and other factors outside our control can occasionally slow things down. We appreciate your patience and will do whatever we can to get your order moving again.
