Used them during an early morning hunt and immediately noticed I wasn’t constantly hearing wind in my ears. I could still pick up leaves crunching and movement in the brush really well.

I swear I heard a turkey walking through dry leaves from ridiculously far away.

My old pair amplified wind, my jacket, my footsteps and pretty much everything else. These are much better at letting me focus on the sounds I'm actually listening for.

I wasn’t expecting a huge difference from my regular electronic muffs, but these are way more comfortable in the stand and I can actually tell which direction a sound is coming from.

What I like most is that I can have a normal conversation with the guy next to me and still hear what’s happening around us. When the shooting starts, the loud stuff doesn’t hit my ears nearly as hard.

I don't need every sound in the woods louder. I need to hear the leaf that moved because something stepped on it. That's what I like about these.

My buddy kept asking me what I was looking at. I had already heard something moving through the brush and was watching that direction before he knew anything was there.

Wind noise was always my biggest problem with electronic hunting ears. These are much easier to use when the woods aren't perfectly calm.

I was expecting everything to sound louder, but what surprised me was how much clearer movement sounded. That's way more useful for hunting.

Heard a few leaves crunch behind the stand and immediately turned around. About a minute later I finally spotted the deer.

These make it easier to listen for game without constantly being distracted by my own clothes and movement.

The background sounds much more controlled than the cheap amplified earbuds I've used before. Small movements in the woods are easier to notice.

Heard something walking through the leaves at about my two o'clock. I turned, started watching that area and eventually caught the deer moving between the trees.

These don't make me feel like I suddenly have superhero hearing. They just make the little clues that matter much easier to catch.

I want to say that hunting is a lifelong tradition I want to share with my family for as long as I can walk the hills. I know my braked rifle is hard on my ears and probably on my buddy's, but in the field hearing the animal matters more than protecting my hearing. I'll protect my ears when I have time, and I've accepted some ringing as the price of doing what I love. These earbuds really changed the game; I would definitely recommend them to any woodsman considering buying them.

First hunt with them and I finally understood what people mean when they say you should hunt with your ears as much as your eyes.

My brother normally notices everything before I do. This time I heard movement first and was already looking toward it before he reacted.

I wore them for almost the entire morning and didn't get tired of listening through them. That's something I couldn't say about my old pair.

My jacket used to sound louder than the animals with my old electronic ears. Anyone who's dealt with that knows how annoying it gets.

I could practically hear a deer chewing leaves two fields over.

I caught the sound of something moving through brush and started glassing that area. My buddy didn't understand what I was doing until we finally saw the deer.

What I like most is the separation. It's not just about making sounds louder, it's about making movement easier to pick out from everything else happening around you.

I can sit in the stand and let my ears cover areas I'm not constantly looking at. When something changes, I notice it much sooner.

I used to keep turning my amplification down because the background noise got annoying. I don't find myself doing that nearly as much with these.

A deer doesn't need to make much noise to give itself away. Sometimes it's just two or three steps through dry leaves, and these make those little moments easier to catch.

My hunting buddy noticed the difference before I even mentioned the earbuds. He asked why I kept reacting to movement before he did.

Took them out for a full weekend and they earned a permanent spot in my hunting bag. Being able to notice movement sooner is a real advantage.

The woods still sound natural to me, just less cluttered. When something moves through the leaves, it gets my attention.

I've tried cheap sound amplifiers before and hated how they made every little thing loud. These are much more useful for actually hunting.

I heard the buck before I saw him. Just a little movement through the leaves, but it was enough to tell me where I needed to start looking.

These changed the way I scan the woods. Instead of constantly looking everywhere, I'll hear something first and then focus my eyes in that direction.

My buddy was still trying to figure out what I heard while I was already watching the tree line. A few seconds can make a big difference out there.

Rain and wind used to make amplified hearing almost useless for me. These do a much better job of keeping the background from taking over.

I honestly don't care how many times louder an earbud claims to be. I care whether I can hear that one footstep or branch movement that tells me something is there.
Jake P. 5/5 Verified
Wore them during deer season and picked up movement behind me that I probably wouldn't have paid attention to otherwise. Turned around and there was a deer working through the cover.

They're especially useful when visibility isn't great. If something is moving behind brush, sometimes your ears give you the first clue.

My old earbuds helped me hear more sounds. These help me notice the sounds I actually care about. There's a big difference.

The first little crunch in the leaves gets my attention now. Then I know where to look instead of staring at the entire woods hoping to catch movement.

I forgot these at home once after getting used to hunting with them. Didn't realize how much I was relying on those little audio cues until they weren't there.

What surprised me most was how much less distracting my own movement became. I can adjust my jacket or shift around without completely overwhelming what I'm listening for.
